Claudia Volkman is the product development director for Servant Books, an imprint of Franciscan Media. She has over thirty years of experience in the publishing industry. She worked at Tyndale House Publishers, Inc., in Wheaton, Illinois, for over eight years as a creative editor and project manager, followed by two years with a custom publisher in West Chicago. She joined Circle Media as the general manager of Circle Press in July 2007, where she directed all aspects of the publishing process. When Circle Press closed its doors in October 2010, Claudia focused on her freelance business, Creative Editorial Solutions, providing editorial services as well as book cover and interior layout and design solutions to a growing number of clients. Claudia and her husband, Scott, live in Punta Gorda, Florida. They have two adult sons and three grandchildren.
